I've updated our old " XOOPS Operations Guide " for XOOPS 2.5.x
At this moment, please consider it as a beta
Please review it and provide me with feedback and improvement suggestions.
Please look at it from the perspective of a first-time or beginner user , i.e. please help us to make it easier to understand.
